New type builder of STPP substitutes

New type 4A zeolite
Performances and features:
It uses nature zeolite with activation process, then mixed with other kind of builder. Environmental protected, the STPP substitution. In detergent powder, it not only improve the washing performance, but also do the powder appearance quality, maintain loose, good fluidity. In soap and soap cream production, the cream formation effect good, no crystallization, good whiteness, strong washing performance, and decline the above product greatly.

General performance of PMA in detergent application:

Chelate Ca2+ and Mg2+ cation in hard water
Incarnate macromole's ability to soften hard water
Mechanism of action: The chelation strength of PMA homopolymer is obviously higher than copolymer
Decentralize calcium carbonate
Inhibiting action on the growth of calcium carbonate crystal.
Decentralize and suspend calcium carbonate
To prevent it from depositing on clothings
The decentralization ability on calcium carbonate of PMA copolymer is obviously higher than homopolymer
PH value of buffer solution
Stability of macromole in acid and alkali system
Adaptability to detergent
